Tribute gifts are a meaningful way to make a donation in honor of family, friends or colleagues. You may make a donation to honor the memory of a loved one, to celebrate special occasions such as birthdays or anniversaries, holidays or a special note of thanks for a helpful act.

Your gift will be acknowledged immediately with a one-of-a-kind tribute card sent to the person or group to whom you wish to pay tribute. Your personal message in the card will let them know that a thoughtful gift was made in their name.

You may choose how you want your gift directed. You could choose to support the general work of CHATS, or designate your gift to a specific program.

You will receive a charitable tax receipt for gifts of $20 or more.

For your convenience, there are three ways to make your tribute gift today:

• On-Line - Click here to make a fast, easy and secure on-line donation in the comfort of your own home or office. You will receive your tax receipt within seconds of submitting your gift information. It also helps to keep our administrative costs as low as possible.
• By Phone or Fax - Call the Development Department at 905-713-6596, ext 6063 during regular business hours (Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.).
• In Person - You can visit the Development Department during regular business hours (Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) to make your donation by cash, cheque or credit card.
