The CHATS Arirang Adult Day Program has recently expanded to three days a week, thanks to the incredible ongoing support of Milal Church in North York.

Milal Church has been a longtime supporter of the program, generously helping fund the program and provide essential supplies. Their continued commitment has played an important role in making this expansion possible and ensuring more Korean older adults and their families can access culturally appropriate support in their community.

The need for the program was made clear on its very first expanded day, when 17 new clients joined Ariang. This strong response is a wonderful reflection of the growing need for culturally specific programs and services that help older adults remain connected, engaged and supported in their community.
