Support for Caregivers
Practice self-care so you can care for the ones you love.
You’re not alone in your caregiving journey. It’s okay to ask for help and to take a break.
CHATS’ Caregiver Support & Education Program supports caregivers through personal consultations and individual counselling, support groups, workshops, information, and referral services.
The program promotes caregivers’ health and well-being by enhancing caregivers’ coping capacity and helping to prevent burnout.
