Home Adaptation & Maintenance Program
The Home Adaptation and Maintenance Program is based out of CHATS’ Office in Bradford. Since its implementation in 2009, this program has helped over 2,100 clients in Northern York Region and South Simcoe age safely in their own homes.Learn More About Our Home Adaptation & Maintenance Program
Hoarding & Decluttering Support Program

Newly rebranded to include CHATS’ Telephone Reassurance, Virtual Visiting, and Friendly Visiting programs, these services provide older adults with regular security checks by CHATS’ volunteers. Vulnerable Persons Registry
