CHATS Caregiver Summer Mocktail Party
On Saturday, August 22nd, CHATS Caregiver clients came together for connection, creativity and a well-deserved break from caregiving! Our Summer Social featured light refreshments and 6 signature mocktails created by the Caregiver Support & Education Team. While enjoying summery drinks, caregivers got to engage in garden rock painting and friendly banter. Social connection is an integral component of Caregiver Self-Care. Simple opportunities to be social can mean the difference between whether someone suffers from burnout or not.
