CHATS was excited to share our research on Social Prescribing at Canada’s Social Prescribing Conference. The conference was held in Toronto at The Carlu from September 26 to 27, 2024.

CHATS Vice-President of Client Care & Services, Melanie Rowe, presented with partner Carefirst and our funder United Way Toronto.

This conference increased awareness, demonstrated and celebrated cross-sectoral collaboration, and generated momentum in advancing social prescribing for health and well-being.
