Our SPOKE clients were busy this week giving advice on dating! Here is some advice from the one’s who’ve lived it, if you need to up your game, or if you just need a smile!

ADP @ Home SPOKE is a program designed to bring the adult day program to seniors who cannot or do not qualify to attend the in-person adult day program due to complex care needs.

The program includes a variety of social and wellness activities and companionship as well as addressing social isolation. Activities include exercise, mental stimulation, crafts, health promotion, and disease prevention.
