CHATS was invited to take part in training for a group of nurses from Hong Kong, Eight delegates, whom are nurses with the senior management of Hong Kong Hospital Authority, were in Canada to understand the Ontario Health and Social Care System, which relate to seniors care, specifically in areas of acute, rehabilitative, primary care as well as extended care in community settings.

CHATS, one of the leaders in providing elderly care in advancing aging at home in the community, was invited to present about Elderly and Dementia Friendly care, and to share our innovative programs and services. This also gave the delegates an opportunity to visit the Vaughan ADP program site for hands on knowledge and information. 

The Hong Kong Hospital Authority Team were in Canada from January 12 to January 26, for their training with various organizations.
