Thank you for taking the time to complete CHATS’ Client Experience Survey! Sharing your experiences openly and honestly provides us with valuable information that will help us improve our programs and services. We had a wonderful response rate of 38%, collected from 10 CHATS programs receiving 633 completed surveys.
Survey Results Highlights:
• 98% of our clients and caregivers reported that using CHATS services makes them feel more supported in their community
• 98% feel CHATS staff are caring
• 98% feel CHATS staff treat them with respect
• 96% feel satisfied with CHATS Services
• 97% would recommend CHATS services to their family and friends.
Based on your feedback, here are some of the improvements we are making in our CHATS Programs.
- Transportation and Adult Day Programs- CHATS has been working to increase scheduled drives, hours of operation and capacity limits, while we ensure safety protocols remain in place. Increases will be based on Public Health guidelines and direction from our Infection Prevention and Control team.
- Assisted Living Program- CHATS is reviewing client care plans to ensure that the time allocated for service is sufficient.
- Meals on Wheels Program- CHATS is conducting a review of the online ordering system to determine functionality and improvements.
- Social Wellness and Diversity Programs will promote the tablet loaner program so more people can join virtual programs.
- In-Home Client Services will receive a targeted marketing campaign on other programs and services available to them through CHATS.
- Caregiver Support & Education will soon offer 1:1 and small group sessions.
