Thank you for taking the time to complete CHATS’ Caregiver Experience Survey! Sharing your experiences openly and honestly provides us with valuable information that will help us improve our programs and services. This was our first year conducting this survey, and we had a wonderful response rate completed by 68 Caregivers.

Survey Results Highlights:

• 82% of caregivers who responded stated that CHATS programs provide them with a break from their caregiving duties.

• 88% of caregivers who responded stated that CHATS programs helped them to continue to support their family member at home.

• 82% of caregivers who responded stated that CHATS programs helped them manage their stress level.

• 84% of caregivers who responded stated that CHATS programs helped them manage their daily activities (work, errands etc.)

• 88% of caregivers stated that they are satisfied with CHATS programs.

Based on your feedback, here are some of the improvements we are making in our CHATS programs.

• We have implemented a new Client Inquiry Management Dashboard tracking inquiries, referrals, and navigation by improving communication with people on the waitlist.

• We are consulting with other transportation providers regarding best practice and benchmarking practices as we are reviewing our timelines of booking confirmation for transportation services.

• Caregiver Support & Education is offering in person 1:1 and small group sessions based on caregiver preference.
