Relationship Based Care
In 2014, CHATS transformed the organizational culture to embrace the Relationship Based Care (RBC) philosophy.
The fundamental assumptions of RBC are that the essence of caring is human connections. These connections result in harmony and healing. All staff have a valuable contribution to make. The relationships we have with our clients, our colleagues, and ourselves are vital to support the essential efforts of health care.
CHATS also formed a Relationship Based Care Results Council to oversee the implementation of RBC throughout the organization. This council supports the shared vision for change, RBC principles, and initiatives, establishes desired outcomes, measurable goals, and time table for accomplishing results.
