Are you a senior who is craving socialization? Are you a caregiver looking to encourage an older adult in your care to get out in your community and connect with their peers?

If so, we have a program for you. We’ve developed Adult Days Programs tailored to help older adults connect, socialize, and maintain good physical and mental health.

Program Overview

Take a break and allow yourself or your loved one to benefit from a full day of group programs that support the mind and the body, including exercise, social programs, activities for brain health, snacks and meals, entertainment, and more.

Culturally specific and specialized programs for those with dementia are also available.

We welcome you to learn more in our CHATS  Adult Day Program brochure.

Available Programs

Community-based programs are geared to older adults with mild to moderate cognitive impairment/dementia/memory loss (without responsive behaviours).

These programs are also suitable for older adults who are physically frail and could benefit from some personal support and supervision.

The Newcomer South Asian Adult Day Program is designed to meet the culturally specific needs of frail older adults of the South Asian Community.

The North York Arirang Adult Day Program is designed to meet the culturally specific needs of older adults from the Korean Community.
